Infiniti "Sensational"

Infiniti "Sensational" is one of my favorite collaborations with the Infiniti team. This spot was directed by Daniel Askill and was shot on location in San Diego and on the Sony Virtual Production stage. This job was a very interesting technical challenge of taking twelve shots and stitching them together into one long take. Additionally, because of the camera movements and the half-circle shape of the virtual production stage, we had to rebuild the environment in several of the shots. Lastly, this was captured at 24, 48 and 72 frames per second, so a challenge was to slow everything down to one speed before stitching and then creating unique camera ramps.
